Kate Davies' Book Selection for January 2025
Happy New Year! May 2025 bring you joy and good books. I’m sure Santa will have brought you a book or two, but if not, and you’re in need of a little inspiration, some of these might fit the bill.
Up for something tense, twisty and gripping? Think Twice by Harlan Coban could be just the thing along with Killing Time by Alan Bennett. The Lion Women of Tehran by Marjan Kamali offers a very different location and scale.
A few non-fiction suggestions for you this month, starting with Thunderclap by Lara Cumming; The Unknown Warrior by John Nichol and Spice by Roger Crowley, a history of a different nature .
I hope you enjoy these books. Let me know if you have any recommendations you would like to share.
