Sally Magnusson

Sally Magnusson, a well-known face and voice of broadcasting, is a highly respected writer of fiction and non-fiction. Her three novels concern particular episodes in Scottish history: her non-fiction includes personal insights into her family, a biography of Eric Liddell and, intriguingly, Life of Pee: How Urine Got Everywhere. Her new book, Music in the Dark highlights a particular incident during the Highland Clearances and considers the lasting effect of that time.
