Jim Crumley

Jim Crumley, author of over 40 books on Scottish wildlife and landscape, has won numerous awards for his nature writing, including the Wainwright Prize for Nature Writing and a Scottish National Book Award. His book Seasons of Storm and Wonder was, he writes: ‘…conceived in a moment of beauty…[at] a bend in the road above Loch Garry.’ Kathleen Jamie has said of him: ‘Scotland flows into him, and he breathes it out.’
